Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Bread Pudding, found on
The Kitchn. It didn't photograph all that well, but it tasted delicious! I threw together a half batch last night using a very sad looking banana, baked it this morning, and (because I thought it might be a tad sweet) served it with plain yogurt topped with fresh fruit. A wonderful new way to start our day!

ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed it! Something different and pretty easy to make. It was also nice to use the oven on a cold morning! It was not overly sweet either.
