Roads and sites are gravel, there is grass between every site and additional grassy areas all around the park. There are 100 full hook up sites with a picnic table. Most are pull through and most are situated so you share utility pedestals with your neighbor and on the other side you share the sitting area. We were fortunate to get an end site (#80) so we only shared utilities.
The back half of the park is heavily treed and would be great in the heat of summer, but not so great if you want to use a satellite system; these sites are also closer together with very little grass. We stayed in the front half of the park which has a nice open feel with fewer trees and large grassy areas separating sites.
Amenities include a pool, laundry, two acre fenced grass meadow dog walking area, wifi, propane, small store. Breakfast is offered daily for a fee. Everything about this park was very pet friendly.
We did not try the park wifi, but our own Verizon service was decent 4G most of the time (4G with our booster, 3G without a booster).
Very friendly park in a good location: close to town for any services you need, but far enough away to have a country feel. Having an end site was a wonderful bonus and we loved sitting out on the grass with Rosie.
Site 80 is an end site so we had a nice large grassy area all to ourselves. |

View out our front door. The grassy area is the two acre fenced dog run, it separated us from busy highway 550. |
